At La Vie Candles, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your candle to be poured, packaged, and shipped. 


Returns & Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, to be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Evil Eyes are final sale. 

No returns or exchanges on items purchased with discount codes. 

All returns must be approved before processing. To initiate a return, please email us at candles.lavie@gmail.com with your order number, photos of items, and reason for your return request.

Return shipping will be at own cost.​

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged through transit. Please inspect your package when received. Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days.  If you would like to exchange your candle, please contact us first with your order number, photos of damaged items, and photos of box with label showing at candles.lavie@gmail.com

If billing address does not match shipping address, we may ask to verify for more information.
